 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• To Carry out routine/preventive maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs on PGNAA/PFTNAA analyzers installed in PAN India. 
• Support Installation, Commissioning activities and field troubleshooting of analyzers at customer sites. 
• To train customer in the proper operation of the equipment wherever required. 
• From time to time, provide more detailed service reports on Cross Belt Analyzers as soon as service visits done. 
• To provide remote support to customers whenever required. 
• To actively contribute to achieve CAS target. 
• Travel as required to provide service support to customers as instructed by reporting manager. 
• To develop himself and learn on all PGNAA relevant applications in Cement, Iron & Coal.

 Minimum Qualifications/Skills Required

 

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation field.

•  Years of Experience: > 3 yrs working experience handling field equipment’s.
•  Additional advantage: Knowledge & Hands On experience: Process Analyzers- PGNAA with hands on experience in relevant Industries & Processes. 
• Competency: Interpersonal commination skills, problem solving attitude, customer focus and handling difficult situation.
