- Junior Engineer: B.E./B.Tech. with minimum 55% marks (no ATKT in 7th & 8th sems)
- Plant Attendant Gr-I: Diploma with 55% marks (no ATKT in 5th & 6th sems)
- Instrument Mechanic: Diploma in IC with minimum 55% (no ATKT in final sems)
